Shipping Policy

Lyons Pro Performance LLC ships athletic, training, facility, and performance equipment throughout the United States. Because our catalog includes both parcel-size products and large commercial equipment, shipping methods, costs, and delivery times vary by manufacturer and product.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is not universally free on all products. Depending on the item, shipping may be included in the product price, calculated at checkout, or quoted separately for oversized, freight, commercial, or project-based orders. When a freight quote is required, the applicable shipping charge will be communicated for approval before the order is finalized.
Direct Manufacturer Fulfillment
Many products are fulfilled and shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer. This inventory-light model helps us provide access to specialized commercial equipment without unnecessary handling between the manufacturer and final destination.
Processing and Lead Times
Processing, production, and transit times vary by manufacturer, product availability, customization, destination, and freight requirements. Any lead time shown on a product page or quote is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Large and Freight Shipments
Oversized and commercial equipment may ship by LTL or another freight service. Delivery requirements can vary by product and destination. Customers should review product-specific shipping information and promptly respond to requests for delivery details when needed.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking or shipment information will be provided when available. Freight shipments may use carrier-specific tracking or delivery scheduling procedures.
Damage or Shortage
Please inspect shipments promptly upon delivery. For visibly damaged freight, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing when possible, retain packaging and documentation, take photographs, and contact Lyons Pro Performance promptly so we can help coordinate the applicable manufacturer or carrier process. Manufacturer-specific procedures may apply.
Product-Specific Terms
Some manufacturers have product-specific freight, delivery, installation, return, or warranty terms. Where applicable, those terms will be identified on the product page, quote, order documentation, or related policy and will supplement this general Shipping Policy.
